OBITUARY
Terry Len Littleman
SEPTEMBER 9, 1970 – JUNE 22, 2019

Terry Len Littleman, 48, a resident of San Tan Valley, Arizona for 14 years, passed away on June 22, 2019, in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was born on September 9, 1970, in Farmington, NM. Terry joins his beloved late parents, Kee Littleman and Irene Victor and his grandparents Teddy H. Victor and Voncille Victor of Shiprock, New Mexico in Heaven. Terry is survived by his two children: Lauren Littleman and Jet Littleman of San Tan Valley, AZ; and step-children: Jordan, Jessica and Jacob Heimer of San Tan Valley, AZ. Terry is also survived by his sibling: Tammi L. Littleman and her husband Jim of Henderson, NV; Cousin/sister Heather Benally of New York City, NY, and cousin/brother Rodger Victor-Benally of Mesa, AZ.

Terry grew up in Farmington and Aztec, N.M. where he played summer baseball since the age of 7. He loved being on the mound and participated in the Connie Mack World Series with his fellow baseball teammates; some of whom he remained in contact with up until the end of his life. Baseball allowed him to learn a camaraderie that he carried with him into his adult life and career. Terry also enjoyed fishing and camping. Fishing and sitting by a campfire, throwing a line with his family and friends became his way to “get away” from the noise, hustle and bustle of life.

Terry graduated from Aztec High School where he was active in football and baseball. Terry graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He thrived in his career in Aerospace and Rocketry Engineering. He was a lead designer in numerous Rocket Launch Projects which he would say was a collaborative effort with his fellow colleagues (Launch Systems Group) who successfully completed their mission to have their rockets launched. He had the honor to work for Boeing, Bearospace, Orbital, Rocketdyne, NASA, Department of Energy, and Amsafe. He traveled around the world and met many people in his short lifetime career. But, he always remembered to remain “humble” and give Thanks to the Lord above for his gifts and talents.

His greatest accomplishment was having his children, Lauren and Jet. They especially enjoyed going to the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and he took tremendous pride in exposing his children to the culture of baseball. Putting their jerseys on and attending games brought them excitement especially when it was bobble head player time.

Terry always gave credit to his parents Kee and Irene since they took an active role in his education and extra-curricular activities. He wanted to thank all of his friends, coaches since little league, employers, and family members that gave him great joy and opportunities during his lifetime. The pallbearers will be: Dino Aragon, Roman Martinez, Diego Aragon, Matt Mylan, Pat Drake, and Gabe Velasquez. Honorary pallbearers are uncles Kenny and Stanley Victor; cousins Rodger Victor-Benally, Steven Victor, Stanley Victor Jr., brother-in-law Jim Aktac.

Funeral and burial services will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019, at Brewer Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute Street, Farmington, NM 87401. A visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. and funeral service at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Thomas Roscoe will be officiating. He will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens, Farmington, NM.
