Madeline Jean Triplett, age 64, of Waterflow, New Mexico, passed away on August 6, 2019 in Farmington, New Mexico. She was born August 4, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to Earl Leslie and Bertha Neff. She was married to Ted Triplett.
Madeline was preceded in death by her husband; brother, Ron Neff; and her parents.
She is survived by daughters, Dawn Hunt, Jessica Johnson; son, Rick Johnson; siblings, Cheryl Simkins, Sheila Amsden, Steve Neff, Sue Chaloupsky; and 11 grandchildren.
