Our beautiful, precious mother and grandmother, Rosie G. Ashley, 96, of Bloomfield, NM, entered eternal life on May 6, 2018. She was born March 15, 1922 in Standing Rock, NM.
She is survived by her children, Etta Billy, Jerry Silago (Bessie), Archie Silago, Steve Silago (Ruth), Jake Silago Jr (Alverta), Joleen Woody (Roger), and Cynthia Velarde (Derwin) including Karleen Silago-Joe (Faron), Briana Ashley-Willie (Spencer), and McKenzi Ashley-Willie, who were with her as her journey began. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, who she loved dearly.
A rosary will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Sacred Heart Parish, 404 N. Allen St, Farmington, NM. followed by a Celebration of Life Mass at 10:00 am. Internment is at Kirtland Cemetery. Reception to follow at World Harvest Center, 1024 N. Butler Ave., Farmington, NM.
