Nadine F. Ashbrook, age 94 of Farmington, NM., passes away on May 6, 2018. Nadine was born January 25, 1924 to parents Norvel and Hazel Wheat.
Nadine loved to read, travel, and play bingo. She especially loved spending time with her granddaughter Kim and great-great-granddaughters Ari and Kayleigh.
In addition to her parents, Norvel and Hazel Wheat, Nadine is preceded in death by her husband, Thorton Lee Ashbrook; brother, Jack Wheat; daughters, Janis, Deloris, and Karen; and granddaughter, Monique.
Left to mourn the passing are Nadine's son, Thorton Lee Ashbrook Jr. (Karen); daughters, Linda, Beverly and Priscilla; sister, Peg Koertz; 15 grandchildren, as well as many great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held 11:00am on May 12, 2018 at Memory Gardens. Pallbearers are (listed in order): Chad Ashbrook, Jimmy McDaniel, Nate Owen, Kim Cherington, Randy Wick, and Bobby Lucero.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions and donations may be made to Linda Harnden.
