Jeanetta Kay Christensen

Jeanetta Kay Christensen born 1.6.1937 – passed 2.8.2024. Kay came from loving parents Lethia and William Hoover. They had three other children, sadly one passed from scarlet fever before Kay was born. Her younger sisters Ann and Ava have already joined their mother and father in the next life and lived good lives. 

Kay was married to D. “Allen” Christian for almost 40 years. They were a mixed blend as they both had children from previous marriages. Kay and Allen made each other better as the years get their silly way of flirting, talking and general banter could make heads turn and blush. Kay always said with a smile that Allen said she was perfect, so she was. Kay loved Allen dearly and became heartbroken at his passing. Kay led a loved later life with Allen and their kids she will be missed, but not forgotten as she has joined Allen in the hereafter. Kay surpassed the life of her son, Val Roy Linnean, Veleta Ann Kolacek, sister, Ann Hoover, and Ava Hoover, she is survived by her stepdaughter, Sally Stock, grandson, Davy Kolacek, Michael Kolacek, and great grandchildren, Lucian and Lilith Kolacek.

Kay’s services were held Tuesday, FEB. 13, 2024 @10:00 a.m. at Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E Ute St, Farmington, NM 87401. Pallbearers, Davy Kolacek, Michael Kolacek, Lucas Williams, Zack Williams.
